TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases and services provided by SimplyReeled (“SimplyReeled,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a project, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

SimplyReeled provides short-form video editing services for businesses and organizations. Customers provide their own photographs, video clips, logos, branding materials, instructions, and other content. SimplyReeled edits those materials into finished social-media videos.

The SimplyReeled Starter Package currently includes:

- Three professionally edited short-form videos

- Approximately 15–30 seconds per video

- Captions

- Background music, when appropriate

- Customer-provided logo and branding

- Call-to-action

- One revision round

- Ready-to-post video files

Additional services, revisions, formats, quantities, or special editing requests may require an additional fee.

Project Approval

Submitting a project request does not automatically obligate SimplyReeled to accept the project.

We may review submitted footage and project requirements before accepting payment or beginning work. We reserve the right to decline projects that are outside our service scope, contain unusable materials, require capabilities we do not offer, or involve unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate content.

Payment

Payment is due before editing begins unless SimplyReeled agrees otherwise in writing.

The current Starter Package price is $199. Prices may change for future purchases.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. SimplyReeled does not directly store customers’ complete credit- or debit-card information.

Project Start

A project is considered ready to begin once SimplyReeled has received:

1. Full payment;

2. Usable footage and other necessary materials; and

3. Sufficient instructions to reasonably understand the requested videos.

Delays in receiving materials, feedback, approvals, or other information from the customer may delay completion.

Turnaround Times

Any estimated delivery date provided by SimplyReeled is an estimate unless we expressly agree in writing to a guaranteed deadline.

Turnaround time begins only after payment, usable footage, and required project information have been received.

SimplyReeled is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions, customer response times, technical failures outside our reasonable control, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.
